Summary

In the Netherlands, the latest Unisys Security Index reveals a high level of awareness of the impact of online security breaches. The survey reveals that 96 per cent of those surveyed would take action, should their personal data be compromised. This would include closing their account and even starting legal proceedings against the company concerned. By comparison, a substantial proportion (39 per cent) said they were unconcerned about the security of their mobile devices, despite regularly using them to access the Internet.
